Paden Rossi
I’m Paden Rossi — creative director, worship pastor, and co-owner of Rossi Studios. I live at the intersection of creativity and systems. By day, I help businesses, churches, and organizations tell their story through video, photography, branding, and digital strategy. Alongside my wife, Ashley, we’ve built Rossi Studios to serve people with excellence — whether that’s a wedding film, a business promo, or a long-term content strategy. I also serve as a worship pastor, leading and developing a team of 70+ volunteers across multiple campuses. I care deeply about building healthy teams, creating meaningful experiences, and using technology the right way to reach people.
